How's this?  When you bring up the TER web page, you get a new survey about which is more important, face or body.  The surveyor forgot the most important one aspect - the "a" word.  How about "attitoooooooood"? IMHO, a good attitude beats a moody looker any day.

Some have the attitude to get you out of the door as quickly as possible and don't want or expect you to return.  You pay for an hour and get only 15 minutes out of the deal.  Scam comes in many different ways.
