that most such clients make arrangements in advance.  One of my friends ran a business called "The Occasional Woman."  She made to order fitted dressed  and under things for men who loved to spend time in drag and she worked with a make up artist as well.  She had to give it up after a while because, she said, her clients were so demanding wanting things just so.  I have a (well trimmed) beard.  I asked how she would do me.  She assured me that if I were into it, I would put on make up and see what I wanted looking back at me from my mirror.

I guess men into it are also into certain things in their dates and this would be agreed to in advance.
