Any info. on this Goddess??

Can anyone shed some light on this absolute knockout?? Found no reviews on her and of course am skeptical. She's just way to hot to pass up....I think???? Maybe I'll TOFTT but would rather have something to go on. Could she be to good to be true?? I hope the link is correct. Any info. would be greatly appreciated!!
