Good catch. I've also been scammed one time that I was rushed out in 20 minutes of a one hour session. I was told that the session was for up to an hour, not one hour.
Note that ad states that "Donations start at $250 / hour or other arrangements can be made when you call"; i.e., the starting rate may not take you very far. In case you're really adventurous, here's the ad and the reviews:
