If the guy won't fill out my request form or refuses to give me the info I need for a screening I'll simply tell him that is the reason he is being refused.
If I'm booked; I'll say. I'm booked, how about we look at our schedules and see what works for both of us.
Bad vibes? 9x's out of 10 these are the same guys that won't cough up screening info, so refer back to that answer.
The Philly board is almost always slow on weekends and with summer and it being somewhat of a holiday weekend, it's particularly languid.
So hopefully to pick things up a little bit as well as share information and experience, in another thread I asked a question about how many tries a guy will make to set up an appointment.
My question to the ladies is:
If you are not interested in seeing a guy for whatever reason - lack of references/good references, too busy, fully booked, something just gives you bad vibes, just plain not interested - how do you handle it? Do you respond saying not interested? Fully booked? Make an excuse? Don't reply at all and hope he'll go away?
For obvious reasons, ladies, this is a good place to use an alias if you like. And thanks for responding.

Thanks for posting Holly. Hope to hear from more ladies.
I actually got an email from a provider who didn't even want to use an alias out of concern that there would be more of an issue with who's behind the alias than the content. With permission, here is the content of that email:
"If the guy is polite but I'm just not interested based on the information he gives me (age, physical characteristics, lack of verifiable reference information, any combination thereof, etc.),or doesn't give me, I usually just tell him I'm not interested unless he comes highly recommended by someone I trust. If he is not polite in presenting his information then I tend to ignore the request. And then there are simply times I'm unable to check his references and get back to him in a few days, so if I don't hear from him again when I actually get to his request, I may not respond, depending on the content of the information; he may have moved on."
