I had booked an appointment with one of his ladies for the weekend, and had to change my plans several times, ultimately having to cancel altogether.  I was in communication with him with every change (circumstances beyond my control) and just want to put in a word for his patience and professionalism and attention to customer service throughout.  His ladies have already gotten some stellar reviews, and he makes the business side smooth and easy.
