He was an active member of a number of boards that sprung up in the early 80s....we connected by email many many times.
I believe the first place we chatted was thru the old JAG.
He was kind enough to facilitate a meeting with  Stevie when she was in Philadelphia and we had a great time.
He and I met once when we discussed investing in a small business enterprise.  Although it never happened, we remained cordial.  I happily donated after his fire.
Nice guy... will be missed.
