I'm curious why the provider has not been named or at least hinted to who?  Help the fellow mongerer's to be safe.....?

The fact that the original poster has not replied to requests from several people to give more detail and answer some obvious questions suggests that the whole situation may be fake.

I did a search on Rick James. He has been posting since January of this year and has only posted on low cost massage spa.  He has no history of using indies and to suddenly post getting busted from after seeing an indie in a hotel is suspicious.  It's even more unbelievable that a regular of him would have cooperated with LE for a sting and allowed him to finish up the session.

who also got busted the same day after visiting an indy massage provider at a hotel.

He does not believe she was helping LE. From what he overheard at the police station he believes she was also busted later in the day.

He belives someone tipped LE off.

So believe what you want, just be careful out there.

How can they bust anyone after seeing them leave a
place? Tell them you were were getting a massage. Last time I checked this was not illegal. They can't prove anything else was going on without being in the room or without video.

Tell us, who was the provider? That might add some credibility to your post.

And what did they arrest/bust your friend for? Walking down a hallway after a suspected meeting with a masseuse? He would have had to have been caught in the act to have been detained. I know that the "Patriot Act" is a violation of all of our rights, but I don't think it allows for a person to be detained because the cops suspect that you had a meeting with a provider that they plan to arrest "later in the day".....

Don't the police have to have evidence that money was exchanged for sex? How do they have that when they just nab someone after he leaves the room? That is why, for this tale to be informative and credible, we need to know what the guy was charged with and what evidence they had.

Because Mt laurel is my homebase and I care a whole lot for mine and my clients safety, I decided to do a little detective work (with Lady BJ) to find out the facts.
Rick James stated in one of his mails that "the girl is not FS one, if you do FS`you are ok".
That really triggered my curiosity to find out if this was true or false, specially because I'm basically NOT FS and neither is Lady BJ...so who else was out there?
Could be this just a rumor to drum up someones business and eliminate competition (us) in the area?
So, seems like is true, a girl got busted and maybe a client who was with her at the moment. But why?
Well, talking to my NYC lawyer, he told me in most places offering "massage" without a license is a bigger felony than just being an escort. Practicing without a license. And this maybe  why she got in trouble, because we all know this girl do not offer FS at all.
To the TER guys...not going to reveal her name, because I do not like to point my fingers to anyone or judge...I'm also at risk like any other providers online are and, in a time like this, we need to stick together and not spit venom. We are all in the same boat.
But, she doesn't advertise on TER, she mostly was a CL girl who got into the "arf arf" board recently. So, chances are, most of you never heard of her or saw her, unless you use these other two sources.
She doesn't even have reviews here...so lets stop the paranoia for a while and just be CAREFUL.
If a local provider ask you for basic information about you...PROVIDE IT. It's only to ensure that you are NOT a cop and doing that, she's not only watching for her safety but of the other clients she is seeing that day as well.
If you don't like to provide anything...then stick to the girls you already know and feel safe with.
I used to be in Mount Laurel a whole lot but, after Dans bust, I went low key in the area and mostly I just see my regulars, one or two days here and there,  and they know how much precaution I take in keep things running without problems.
Risks are present in any hobby we dedicate ourselves to...some are even riskier than just spending some fun time with each other.
So, cooperation from YOU gentlemen is the key to keep our little community safe.
Please....think with your BIG head, don't let the little one dictates your choices.
I know some girls are hot, new, do not care to gather a bit of security from you and you think not giving your information and so on you are protecting yourself....wrong! Works the other way.

Be safe, be well....I love Mt Laurel and my dear south jersey guys,  reason I got myself a bit deeper into this discussion.

I don't relish in being right. It's a shame for everyone involved.

She did mention to my buddy that she rcieved a short "terse" email from a guy who hounded her for an appointment, suddenly cancelling.

My buddy speculates that maybe the guys SO may have found out and blew the whistle. But then that like everything else is just conjecture.

Just BE SAFE!!!

Sounds like soapy bubble girl to me.  Her site was very detailed in what she offered, however, not my cup of tea.  That could have been a problem as well.

There was NO SEX involved...simply unlicensed massage, which, I hear, is a worse offense.

Go figure!

I want to share a reliable source of info from a PM I recieved:

...SBG is GONE...a mutual friend is speaking with their "shared attorney" (he's a fellow hobbyiest). This was confirmed to ,e via ....who has family members in the Sheriffs Dept. A disgruntled client apparently turned her in. Seems unlicensed massage is a greater felony than prostitution. Go figure. Her site is down, phone not being answered.

Betty, your advice has good intention and well taken, but you have to be careful yourself.

You said that you're taking a low key in Mt. Laurel.  This is contrary to your conspicuous weekly announcements in multiple boards your calendar of availability and your web site is very graphic with video clips. LE know about and read this and other boards and if they are to randomly pick a target, the conspicuous ones will be on top of the list.

Don't be naive in believing that screening can keep out cops because they have the means to crack the screening once you have become a target. The last two raids of agencies in CC had already heightened their screening after the first one was busted but still couldn't avoid the inevitable consequence.  Screening is only useful in scaring off psycho and clients with bad intention, but not cops.

Your best protection is to stay out of the radar and don't make animies that turn you in.

I have to announce my schedule because is how my established clientele knows where I'm holding my incalls.

At this point and time, EVERYONE knows who I am. Posting on the boards  or having a graphic site does not imply anything. I cannot be "busted" because of the contents in it. We are protected with the freedom of speech and we can say and show everything we want.

Second to my lawyer, "cops are men are anyone else and horny dogs" (his own words, not mine)....they know about escorts sites and probably, like you, they also enjoy look at the pictures of the girls on Eros.

When I said "low key" I mean I'm basically just seeing my regular clients when I'm in Mt Laurel.  Also, I had to limit the amount of time I go there too....instead of whole weeks, just a day or two. Instead of every week, just once or twice a month. I'm defnitely not high volume, I space my appointments during the day, I do not operate a revolving door business.

There are some things NOT said about this bust. We don't know, for sure HOW it happened and WHY. This girl was not an escort in the real sense of the word and she saw a different kind of clientele that other girls did because of the services she offered.

My take is that she was a random choice by the cops...the "pick of the day" (my lawyers word again). They called her, made the appointment and probably got in. She's not FS, just massage, remember that. She offered happy endings and that's sex in a cops book. Massage parlors get busted all the time, and this is like one of those establishments, just the settings are different.

The only part that doesn't make sense is him being arrested AFTER he left. Cops cannot just arrest you like that, because you are coming out of a room....is not the way they operate. They need to catch you in the act, otherwise there is no proof to hold in court.

I think there is more to this event that we don't know...so is hard to guess this and that. "Rick James" should come out and explain the details.

There is always a 3 sides to every story...we just read about one. His side.

Cops are not as dumb like before, they know about boards, escort malls and such. We just need to be a bit more careful and take some steps to make our community safer.

Enemies? I don't have any in this business...I don't mingle with clients or other providers oft the clock, I don't socialize or party with them...I'm the "quiet" type and like to keep things to myself.

I don't create controversies with my posts and I never flame people. I treat everyone with respect, the same way I like to be treated.

when I was in NYC and my lawyer came for a social visit, he saw a bottle of massage oil laying in the middle of my toys he picked it up, looked at me and asked... "do you have a license to perform massages???"
I looked at him and said "of course not, I'm not a masseuse".
He told me to get rid of it imediately and never carry any "massage" stuff with me, even if it was for my personal use, because by New York laws, it is a serious charge and if I ever get busted and cops find oils and such in my toybox.  Even if I'm not using on clients, I could be charged with it.

Here it goes...now we have the facts straight.

I am giving the warning as I hate to see another incident to happen in our area to scare off clients and providers.

I know LE read this and other boards and can place fake reviews to gain trust.  When I was in San Diego last year, I was eager but afraid to hobby there because it is one city where LE are known to post fake ads and reviews to trap John.  I am not saying this is happening in our area, but if LE want to, they can fill up truck load of John and providers in no time.

once in a while...I'm careful, trust me. Specially in Mt Laurel "after Dan".
I have too much to lose like any of my clients...and I'm not stupid to the point of risking it.
I can survive with less income...how much I make in a day is not important to me, safety is.
You need to be away from the "greedy" type girls or agencies...those are the ones who gets busted because they are careless and are just eyeing the cash.
That's how you get busted, when you are greedy :)

Call me crazy..yes you have freedom of speech to say something, but when the act is illegal they can still arrest you for the act and then say..oh look at her site...it says she offers handjobs....which is evidence of guilt.

Pennsylvania does not license massage therapists.  Anyone can call themselves that in the state with no training whatsoever.  Don't know about NJ.
