If you're thinking about meeting:
1).  Don't wait til the day of or I may not be in that city and may have changed my direction of travel.
2).  Get screened at LEAST 24 hours prior to the 29th if interested.
3).  Be sure to call AND email or PM.

Include screening info. upon initial contact....it helps cut down on phone/email tag.
I prefer pre-bookings/advance notice.
I'm usually unavailable to get screening done while in town so please contact in advance if possible.
