How does one defend ones self in this board. I have no idea who the reviewers are that have posted bad reviews of me, but I haven't had anyone here with me act like they were anything less that happy to be with me. How the heck is one suppose to please everyone or anyone if they don't give you some clue your not doing what they may wish? I make it a point to ask what one may wish me to focus on, and sometimes I get answers to that.  I'd like to just be the best at my customer service I can be and not be bashed. I’m honest as I can be, I try not to rush anyone (but some try to take advantage of that having read the reviews or posts and some run way overtime, that’s not right, so I have to call it at some point) But it all boils down to you can't please everyone and yet they can damage your business with a bad review. So I'd like to be removed from this board as I’m afraid there is someone trying to bash me to harm my reputation. I have knowledge from a year ago that a provider was putting a plant on this board to see her reviews and beef them up and now I fear to do harm. I think I'll take my marbles and stay with the other regional board.
