There are some.  It depends on where you will be staying.  You should check out P411, Indys, and BigDoggie.

There are good providers all over! I used to live in Winchester WV which was right at the WV border. I am now in SNJ, but get to Harrisburg PA sometimes, which isnt too far from West Va off of rt 81. West Va is a big state, so I am curious to where you would be?

 I may be moving soon closer too, this is why I ask.
