I don't know about anyone else, but I like variety.  I don't want to be boxed in to one standardized definition of service any more then I would assume that every person walking through my door is looking for the same thing...  We all have different moods and different itches that need to be scratched...  For me, being a conduit for which another person can explore (no matter what that exploration might entail...) is an ultimate high!
