I'd like to recommend getting a website up someplace.

You can get started with one for free on places like geocities.com or any of a number of other free websites where you could post a small bit of a description about yourself a picture of any kind and a reference to a free email account, ie...hotmail.com, yahoo.com..etc.

Many of us as hobbyists use the web almost exclusively to find ladies and places like TER allow us to communicate and make recommendations (something else that would probably be helpful as you are getting started.)

Sadly for me...I'm in California but I hope this makes its way to you and perhaps you find it helpful.
