She was a no-show a week ago today. After glowing reviews, I flew down to see her. She gave me her address the night before in Northwest Austin along with apartment number and phone number.

Got there, called and her phone went to voice mail. Went to the apartment, and the complex had a gate. Of course, she wasn't on the registry. Waited half an hour after appointed time, and called again. Voice mail. Followed one of the 25 cars I saw go in and knocked on her door. Never answered.

Called again, and knocked again, gave up. I emailed her when I got home and she said she was worried about her security since she didn't buzz me in. How about the peep hole in the door and asking if it was me though the door? I asked how I was supposed to make contract when she didn't answer her phone and didn't answer the door.

She told me I was rude and not the type of customer she wanted.

My guess is I didn't meet her standards when she looked out the window. I did see some guy at the door as I drove up, so maybe it was a regular. Seems like being in this line of work, Toni should easily be able to come up with something that would make the no-show legit.

Of course, when she said I was being rude, I knew that she knew she was wrong.
