Go to Orchard Towers, on Orchard Road.  There are a ton of bars there with each filled with freelancers.  The locals call it "4 floors of hoes".  Actually many of the freelancers also walk along Orchard road. Many women travel down from Thailand and lots of ladies from the Philippines.  However, lots of lady boys as well, who may look good after a few drinks... generally they look too good!  They also have a red light district called Galin or somthing but it is pretty nasty. You will find all you would want at Orchard Towers.  Many health clubs also offer extras.
