Back in July, I posted a message in the General Discussion area about a provider that offered and promised to make up two sessions because she didn't feel good after she arrived for our regular appointment (see original message for details). At the time, I did not mention the provider's name for many reasons.  

All attempts to resolve the issue have failed, so I have decided to let everyone know who she is so this does not happen to anyone else.  I have also posted a detailed review, but it may not get posted because her Web Site is only showing a graphic.  She is operating UTR and should be avoided at all costs.

The provider's name is IndyKat in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Her Web Site is www.indykat.com.

We need to know the bad ones as well as the good. No call-no shows are certainly a problem here in Reno, and it seems there's no other place to report them.
