what the "classic look" is. But I guess what scoed said sounds reasonable.

Not over done or overly formal yet elegant and sophisticated. Sexy yet not slutty. Wholesome not not quite. Friendly and approachable yet extremely hot and desirable. Timeless. It is a hard look to get. It is the looj of someone equally home at a formal setting, a causal diner and a rocking party. It is quite the complement. I think you pull it off.

.....think Jackie Kennedy, Grace Kelly, Catherine Deneuve, Carolyn Bessett, or Angelina Jolie's current style.  Simple, but elegant clothing, minimal jewelry, simple hair, etc.
