Whoever told you that lied to you.  You need a TER badge/link on your site in order to place an ad on TER.  Being VIP does not make a difference.

You should ask one of the ladies for assistance.  I'm sure they can steer you to the right direction.

RETIRING OR NOT, I'm afraid that the TER rules still apply even to you!

An Official TER logo MUST be embedded in your site on the 1st or 2nd page. Unfortunately there are NO exceptions. Please see the link below.

Another infraction will make you susceptible to lifetime banning (Not my call, but the owners are serious about it.) A word to the wise.

... no ads will be approved until this situation is corrected. Apologies are not needed. Just fix the ad and everything will be nice, but there are NO exceptions to the Logo rule or the 7 day rule. Sorry, but that is simply the way that it is. This has gone on for way too long. The rules and guidelines have been quoted to you more than once. If you need them again please PM me.
