I'm heading to London end of the month and wondering what are the best portals to find providers. A previous query led to several responses and suggestions:

But I've been going through these and I these look like they are 90% B&S. These pictures can't possibly be true, some bring up hits on TinEye and some are even models I recognize. Are there any reliable sites for London?  The Eros site has only limited numbers.  Also heading to Paris, so that info would be helpful too.
