Looking for best country (and city) for a mongering trip. Not interested in Asia or Latin America, as I'm looking for white ladies. And I prefer places where online escorts are NOT the best and only option (I'm tired of the bait and switch).
Australia looked good, but apparently a lot of the girls there do "health checks" before a session. I'm all for safety and I'm clean, and tested regularly. But when a lady does it before a session, it's awkward, uncomfortable, and "unsexy". I'm not a fan of the FKK clubs in Germany, either. Prefer ladies for $300 and under. you could try NZ which is totally decrim - but I cant say whether you're more likely to find white girls or polynesians
A friend of mine went to both Poland and Romania recently and raved about the experience. You will be VERY pleasantly surprised about how far an American Dollar will go in either place to boot. The Czech Republic is great too, but prices are more on par with those you'll find in Western Europe
There is no need to use online ad, agencies, or review sites to find providers in any of these countries, any cab driver can direct you to where you want to go. It's very much like how it works in Latina America or Asia, but with women of the color that you prefer. It's also MUCH nicer than the FKK experience which I agree can be kind of "seedy" IMHO.

Kitty- I read on another board that it varies depending on the girl for the "health checks". Some check very thoroughly and awkwardly, some do the quick check you mentioned, and some don't do it all. I've been to NZ. It used to be a lot better there some years back. But many parlors there have closed, and those still open are hit or miss.
I did consider Eastern Europe, and narrowed it down to Prague, but I read elsewhere the parlors are hit or miss and the "privats" are bait and switch too.
The £ is worthless so your budget will stretch further xx
I wouldn't say the pound is worthless. It's still a bad exchange rate for us yanks. Although the pound has gone down since I was there a few months ago.
Interesting suggestion. But London's expensive and while there are plenty of cheaper parlors and agencies in Manchester, most of them didn't have attractive ladies.
Average rates for indies in london is about £200. in Manchester it' s more like £150. No need to go to parlours.
I completely disagree about the exchange rate being a bad deal btw. The pound is at an historic low!
If you want a British lady (or an Irish lass like yourself), the minimum is usually 300 pounds (400usd) per hour in London. Too rich for my blood. The women that charge less than that are usually Eastern European women. No disrespect to them as they are beautiful, but in Europe alot of them don't do GFE.
There are a few exceptions of Brits that charge less in London such as House of Divine. But I can vouch from experience that they are indeed bait and switch.
Also I mentioned in my OP, I prefer parlors because I prefer to see the lady in person first before making a deal. Most online escorts (indy and agency) are bait and switch, everywhere in the world.
that's not true at all, if you check my site, you'll see that my rates are less and most of my 20 friends listed on my site are within your budget too. You mustn't have been looking in the right places

Everything I said is correct. It's all true. I saw your site btw. I said MOST (not all) of the women there charge that amount aside from Eastern European women. I searched many of the sites there and the local forums there. That is also the consensus of many of the guys who live there and see ladies there often. Our disagreement for the prices is only about London. Manchester (and probably the rest of the UK) is more affordable.
I prefer parlours more than anything (so I can see the girl 1st), then agencies are a distant 2nd. I have my reasons for not seeing independents. That's just my preference.
