Greetings all!! I will be visiting Miami soon prior to a cruise and would like to sample the local wares.  Most other places I have been I have been told to stay away from agencies. Is this the case in Miami as well? Can anyone recommend 4 or 5 reputable independents to start researching? I will be staying in the cruise terminal area and I am assuming that this will not be a problem in setting something up. Any tips for a visitor?
