I am an independent provider in the Kansas City area.  I posted my first ad on Craigslist, but I am not satisfied with the results.  It seems like I spend all of my time trying to figure out who is a cop and who is for real.  I have been trying Backpage.com lately and it is alright.  Can I get some suggestions on how to have more success finding willing participants that are not police officers????

I think you should steer clear of CL.  Too many garbage posts that legit hobbyists would have to sift through.
