This is a message for TER...I have submitted reviews for Mette and Wicki in Copenhagen.   They have not been approved, but there is nothing incorrect and the reviews are fair and honest.  Although I have tried emailing TER several times, there has been no response to my inquiries.  Perhaps the viewers of the "Other Cities" board can get some action.
