Kate Summers here. I need advice. I have never had this happen. I just had a member of TER schedule with me. I moved some corporate work stuff around to accomidate him, and turned down
3 others who wanted that time.

He shows up at the wrong place. Tells me I sent him the wrong directions, and is rude. While on the phone with him I comfirmed(e-mail) send right directions. Told him to check his sent messages.. he still was angry with ME and told me he did not have time now.

What do I do? I am afraid he will post something bad.. I do have everything in writing.. Has anyone ever had this happen?

As he did not see you he can't write a review here so that is not a concern. If he posts about it you just post your side of the story underneath his and let people decide who to believe. Respond with class and don't stoop to name calling or other petty crap and most will see things as they are.

Any business can and will get bad press from time to time. Treat it like any other business take it in stride and get some good press to balance it out. Take care.

That way when you post it is easier for them to see your reviews and see what is up. Plus it has other advantages. Take care.

Karma just came to your aid my dear. He would have probably blamed you for his short codpiece as well. Too bad you lost other opportunities but have faith you were just delivered a break by not having to deal with the guy in person.
