This was sent to me by a highly reliable provider friend.  I hope it's OK to post here.  It's mainly about two Wisconson cities but also covers Little Rock.

LADIES!!!! Important Information!!!!!

Today I have removed the cities of Oshkosh and Appleton, WI from the site, due to an incident involving a legitimate client's account being compromised recently, in order to cause difficulties for P411 providers. The account in question has been revoked and others within arms reach have been individually warned.

Ladies, please avoid Oshkosh/Appleton WI, at all costs when considering places to meet clients. While most cities target only the lowest hanging fruit, which are the providers who do no screening to speak of, these cities are an exception to the rule. I would also include Little Rock, AR in the list of places I recommend avoiding for this reason.

Avoid:
Oshkosh and Appleton, Wisconsin
Little Rock, Arkansas
These cities do not appear on P411 for a reason!


Unfortunately, there is little anyone can do to completely eliminate any possibility of this type of thing happening, but the good news is that the vast majority of places focus on providers with weak screening practices. So please do as much screening as you feel is necessary to keep yourself safe, and remember that P411, like any verification service, should only be used as one tool in the process.

We do the very best we can to ensure that only legitimate providers and clients are members, but it's not an exact science and there is no way for us to know when someone has turned over their account unless it's brought to our attention somehow, as is the case today. I wish I didn't ever have to make these types of announcements, but failing to do so when I become aware of a situation would not be the right thing to do. We have now had 5 confirmed incidents like this in the 7 years we've been in operation. I wish that number were lower, but I'm very happy to say it isn't higher.
