Planning a trip to Vienna in April.  I have found many independents and agencies, but I am not sure which way to go.  Can't seem to find many reviews.  Not sure why some rates are quoted in 2 and 3 hour blocks.  Do not want to run into a bunch of upselling. Also, there seems to be other outlets such as brothels and massage parlors that appear more liberal than here in the US.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
