In St Louis some people throw swingers parties. The closest as far as a club goes is over the river in Illinois in Washington Park. Its called The Colony Theatre.

There are no big swingers club or anything flashy like I have seen in other cities. People can be a little too conservative around here but if you ask around there are more "underground" type of exchanges.
