Federal money to go after the demand side of prostitution.

There's nothing new in there.  Read the details.  It said the law would give federal money to the local police to go after "the demand side".

Watch any episode of "Cops" and you'll see them do some sting to bust men soliciting prostitution.  They're already going after the men.  So the lawmakers will look good, and the local cops will say, "Thanks for the federal dollars."  Nothing will change.
