London is probably the best place for American Ladies.  Providing is actually legal in most instances. There are other boards but TER is the best.  Dubai can be tricky, I know some top end London girls that say you need to be careful but it can be very rewarding. In London 250 to 350 pounds
($500 to $700) is the going rate.  Hope this helps
