Click on a lady and you get a 1/2 size screen that cuts off the wording half-way down and doesn't scroll.  Hit the scroll button and a the top 1/3 of the screen goes blank.

Your newsletter gives very sketchy info about the girls and the few that have TER reviews aren't hotlinked.  The girls home sites aren't listed so its difficult to find out anything about them.

If I'm going to trust your professionalism and discretion, I would feel a lot better if you had a professional appearing, easy to navigate and informative website.

Per the screen cut-off, how many people is this affecting?

What browser are you using?  Is your resolution above 640x480  … or 800x600

If so, that’s the problem...

Too low a resolution your desktop should be at least 1080x768.

I'm sorry you find the newsletter "sketchy."
