I'm headed to Amsterdam next month and was wondering if there is a site like TER for Europe.  
I've been to the Netherlands before and know that everything is pretty much legal there but I'm looking for more upscale places this time.  

I want to find a site with reviews and all that.

Everything is more legal in Holland. Yes I agree with you everything is more legal in Europe. And market reflects this legality. So some upscale girls/escorts it's difficult. What did you find like a TER-EU version? There is nothing like this here.
