My experience with this agency is ancient, but I understand it still has the same owners and the same customer service policies - which were "send who ever is available, despite what he asked for"  These clowns sent me the same girl within a 2 week time span, when I'd specifically requested girls with two entirely different descriptions.  Both times I sent her packing, since she wasn't even close to what I'd requested.  I think this woman is  still working there, one of the 40something women listed.
