I don't know about Celeste but I am batting 100% with Taylors ..Anytime a lady comes in town that strikes my fancy and she is from Taylors I go for her..My first experience with them was one of the best of all time and that lady had NO reviews.If I was at the beach I would definitely check out Celeste.
