Seeking advice from any TER folks about the provider and non provider situation in Buenos Aires. I will be travelling for business in a month staying in the Palmermo Soho district and would love to find out more about the area. Any help with the following questions is much appreciated.

I second the recommendation on Roxanne's translation service. Her assistant Laura will probably be the translator and she is great.
Cielo Private was my favorite place. They have incall and outcall. Check out their website. If you do outcall specifically identity the girl you want to see. Do not give them the opportunity to bait and switch. One of the girls I got from this agency looked like Phoebe Cates in her Fast Times at Ridgemont High days. The other looked like she walked off the street corner. The Phoebe look a like was a memorable experience (she is not working there now).
