Not sure of any providers are there as it is a very small town and very much a HUGE Mormon community.

You would be best to contact a Tucson lady and see if she will drive 2 hours to Safford. As Phoenix is 3 hours to Safford.

Not sure you will have much luck but can't hurt trying.
