     Although I cannot show you proof, this is the second note I have penned to you this evening.  I was almost done with my first attempt, and an errant finger caught some key, and the screen went blank. I tell you this, because I am trying to impress upon you how much of an impact you made on me when I happily came across your posting.

     Now, I will cut right to it and keep my fingers crossed we can work something out.  I was a member in good standing of this website somewhere over 4 years ago. I did not see many, I liked finding one or two that we felt comfortable with each other and saw each other on a fairly regular basis until they retired and moved away.  

At about that time, I broke my back in the line of duty, and shortly after my 5th surgery, i lost the use of my legs.  Cut to now, and I am getting better by the day.  Should I be lucky enough to see you, all scars will be visible.

OK, here is the conundrum that I am leaning on you for guidance that will get me to my goal..  I was a member is good standing, and as I said, my good comments/grades did not move foreword. I was unceremoniously shown the door from the dept, and living on injured retirees budget, I really cannot afford to pay money to that P44 (or whatever it is) to be "certified".  Also with you being in town only a couple of days, I fear it would not come to you in time.

Off the top of my head, I am wondering if you could say, text me or call me, and I could give you all of my professional history, hospitals I was in, where I got my degree. Basically, anything you want to question me on. I have nothing to hide. Perhaps you know a cop that could run my background.
