1 to 1 1/2 hour notice for all visits. Prebooking is encouraged and appreciated. Please no phone calls (unless you have a visit booked and on way).

1. Send me day & time you would like
to meet & length of visit wanted.
2. Verify the rate
3. Allow some time for reference checks if we
have not met before.
