To answer your question here. There are a lot of very good reasons why ladies choose to change there name. Sure, some are trying to re-invent themselves but my experience is that they are in the minority. I've witnessed some ladies charging different rates under different names. They might use one name on BP another on CV and a third on Eros or TER. Those ladies do themselves a disservice in my view because they are diluting their brand and just expose themselves to being subject to negotiations. I hate negotiating, just tell me the damned price and I'll decide if I can or cannot swing it. If I can't no hard feelings but I don't want to be made to feel like I'm buying a used car.

The most common reason I've heard is that when a lady first picks her stage name, she almost never gives it a lot of thought. We are all newbies at one time. So often she might pick a name that is already in use without realizing it. As she gains experience, she realizes that her name needs to be her "Brand". So now in order to differentiate herself from the rest of the pack, she researches what names might fit her and are not in use. My most memorable occasion was Sara Prescott AKA Sara of Texas. After she moved to Vegas from Texas she found the designation "Sara of Texas" not really fitting how she marketed herself. So she publicly asked for suggestions. I sent her about a dozen names and one of them was Prescott. I don't know if she picked the name that I suggested but it was one on the list.

Now back on topic. Whether she goes by Bailey or doesn't really matter to me. I am really trying to figure out which profile should I contact since both are up to date.
