... because I rarely hear anyone mention it when discussing topless OC stripclubs. The most positive buzz I hear about any topless joint is The Library in Westminster.  Also Imperial Showgirls used to be pretty good but I've heard it had tanked recently due to management greed. Sorry I couldn't help more but I prefer nude clubs over topless.
