Heidi just decided it was time.  She has always had a definate plan on what she wants to do.  This biz has gotten her to a point where she can do that.  No worries.  She is fine.

However, I miss her like everyone else.  She was definately one of the best.

On another board where her rates were lower. Then joined TER andcraised her rates and is now retiring (again/finally).  

 

She is a great girl and I'll miss her!
