Since I'm not sure exactly what you wrote, I'll just give a couple of keys to getting replies . Be specific as to the day and time you want to meet. Since you have no TER reviews, not sure if you're a newb or not. If you're not a newb offer to give references. If you are a newb mention that you're willing to be screened.  

If you called a provider and left a message it's importamt to let her know what time of day she can call you back. Also be specific in your message as to day and time  

Some providers are busy and experienced and can tell from an initial contact how serious the inquiry might be. Yes it's not professional not to reply to inquires, but it just part of the hobby

Finally, if you mentioned anything concerning sex in your inquiry, you won't get a reply.
