Number one thimg to always remember is NEVER make any statements to the cops.  You will not ever be able to "talk your way out of it", trust me.  So just shut up, and let them do what they're going to do.  Which usually includes taking you in, processing you, and then releasing you (OAR), with a scheduled court date to appear.  Go out and get yourself a good lawyer who is willing to fight and take it to trial.  Make them work for a conviction, it's your right!  And remember don't say anything to the arresting officer because it will hurt you in court.

just put a damper on my next provider visit.  Now after seeing this makes me Really nervous about setting up another provider.

What happens to the guys LE questioned???? Since the girls could get at least one year in county and the other one could get 6 years????

I'm just curious now.

Sad Day for all....

I think we just need to be careful of who we see.  I personally don't see anyone from CL, and I only see reputable girls that do a lot of screening.  I know it can be a pain, but it does protect both parties involved.  LE will always be there, and the careless people are the ones that will get busted.

There are a lot of older, experienced OC providers that know how the safety game is played.  Many participate on this board.
