Gulliver's for prime rib
Mastro's Steakhouse for steak
Napa Rose at Grand Californian for excellent wine selection

You asked the wrong question... You should have asked which of my favorite OC gents is going to take me to the best restaurant in town.  It is much nicer to dine with someone and enjoy the sweet taste of desert later than to dine alone.
