I have been a provider for a few months and have done outcall.  But I know many hobbyists prefer incall and I probably loose a lot of potential clients with outcall only service.  I decided to do incall and even though TER makes it very convenient to screen...I would like to hear input from other providers and hobbyists suggestions on how to keep low key.......
Thanks :)

I can only speak from a gents point of view! Since I live local I refer to my self as a hobbyist with out a bed since I can only do incall. Now personally I prefer residencies as opposed to a hotel.  Something with easy parking and a discrete entrance.
Many ladies will create quite a nice love nest! Anything that is not quite so sterile like a hotel room adds to the experience.

I will say there are many ladies in the LA are who use hotels more so than other parts of the country

there are lots of opinions & preferences about incalls. I have two different  preference for incalls,  busy upscale business hotels or large anonymous apartment complexes.  Both have pluses and minuses.

The busy business hotel, means the hobbyists can usually come and go while blending into the crowd. The escort can easily come and go as well and move her incall around, booking a different hotel whenever she's doing incall. The downside for the provider is making a reservation and then having the client cancel or even worse, NCNS.

As far as the large gated apartment complex, you know the kind that has hundreds of units, where tenants are moving in and out every day. The pluses,  you can decorate the incall to your taste and make it very comfortable for yourself and hobbyists. You may be able to select the apartment location so it enables you to actually see the client from a window in the apartment before he enters.  There are a couple of negatives, first and foremost nosey neighbors. Even if you're a low volume provider, all it takes is one neighbor to find out what your up to. Second, signing a lease, even a short term lease can be a large investment. I would not recommend sharing this type or any type of incall with another provider.  Yes it will cut down on your expenses, however, you'll eventually run into scheduling issues, and there's always the issue of jealousy between providers. Get a bad roommate and things could turn ugly

The type of incall I don't like are static private homes. Whether its a condo or single family home. The pride of ownership factor comes into play.  Nosey neighbors who see strange men entering and leaving your incall are more likely to call the authorities, than a renter and LE is more likely to respond to a complaint of a homeowner. Also, stalkers can be an issue. While your new, the stalking issue can happen at any time. If you have a static incall and have to leave, there are all sorts of issues you'll have to deal with.

Bottom line, I've been to just about every conceivable incall, and most veteran hobbyists can roll with just about any type of incall.  You'll never to please all hobbyists, so do what you very comfortable with. Remember nothing is more important than your safety.

depends on what the parking and entrance to your place is like.  Is it visible where neighbors can "watch" who come and goes?

Set rules for your visitors; no obvious gifts like roses, wine, etc.  Keep those things out of sight.

Believe me, most hobbiest want to be low key as well.  It's mutual....

All good advice.

I'd like to chime in on the issue of marketing.  My ATF never advertises. Never. Her apparent marketing plan is to deliver great value.  Staying out of CL and BP and all the rest helps her keep low key and attract a better clientele.
