you might see from providers who are not that busy.. I doubt a busy provider will waste her time that way.

As for the photos, sign up for Model Mayhem and offer to do test shots for *reputable* photogs.  If you somewhat resemble a model (which I'm going to assume you do to have some success at this work) they'll be happy to trade time for prints.  This is how I built my modeling portfolio on the cheap and still got some great shots.

I will say without bias that I think anyone who would give her grief about not having more recent pics ought to take her up on her offer, because they will be pleasantly surprised.  Nicole does not claim to be a 20 year old, but I have seen her recently myself, and there is no question that she is in great shape.
