I would like to post the guys information here ON the discussion board to alert other providers.  HE IS DANGEROUS.

Gave donation in beginning of appointment.  When appointment was finished, he pulled a knife on the provider, threatened to cut her, took his money back and left.

I don't have access to the provider boards, but figured this would be a better way of posting this important information.  Do I have permission?
