As you know I have been named the new moderator for this board. I'm gratified at the support and encouragement I've received and I hope to make a positive difference.
 I'm brand new to the Mod Squad, and still learning the ropes, so bear with me a little while as I adjust to this paradigm shift in my TER activities:) Don't be afraid to ask for my help, and don't be surprised if I ask you for yours:)

I'm an OC guy but spend most of my time on the LA boards. I'm sure JD will keep you busy on the LA side.

Does this mean all our posts will be moderated and there will always be a delay?  It seems to me that there was just recently a post abolut less moderated posts,  and more posts going public instantly.  But thats not how it seems to be working.

I like to have a look at what I post so I can proof read it and correct my type-o's before to many people read it.

And to make sure I got any links and photos i add work properly.
