What would be the change in circumstances if you’re running late? I have had this happen and it conflicts with scheduling. Then guys often want the full amount of time. If I'm hosting I don’t want the reservation to an expense so I have allowed them to show up. I know things happen. And on a rainy days I would rather you drive safe.

If you were running late would you simply cancel leaving poor little sweet provider with an extra daily expense?

Or,

Would you use whatever time you had left and still compensate according to the time you reserved?

I would try to make the best of the situation.  Especially with the rain, I have to be prepared for the worst and make that appointment to the best of my ability.  That is why I leave as soon as I can and make the trek, hopefully a short one, to the appointment place.  It's the same thing if I booked a room and the lady is late or has to cancel.  There is a loss, but it is more important on how one will minimize that loss.

I don't cancel often, most often opt for a rain-check (literal and figurative).  I will call/txt if I'm running late and make sure the lady understood the dynamic nature of my work and schedule.  Most ladies are receptive of me and my limited window for fun.  I do keep an open mind if she is coming to me.

Do what you think is best for your situation.  Postponement can actually make the desire stronger, just like holding off from sex/masturbation/orgasm.

I have ran late. once almost an hour, but I knew she did not have an appt later and it all worked out. Most seem to work out, the ladies are very accommodating. I do not see many ladies who book more than 1 or 2 a day so the actual time is flexible.  I had to cancel once because of a last minute happening and I sent the lady the full donation. I knew she had other appts and could have filled my time..

The other question you need to consider is what compensation should the lady give the guy when she cancels last minute? One lady of the OC board stood me up twice at her place. Left me sitting in the car.

I guess life is just part of "scheduling" so do not try to make too much of it. Life is so much more fun when it is spontaneous!

Was hesitant to respond as I was not sure how strict you were going to be with the "gentlemen" criteria...lol.

To start with I probably would not want to be booking with a lady that schedules her appts so tight that if I am running a few minutes late It will affect her next session.

That being said if I am delayed I will contact her ...explain and give an honest ETA. I will let her decide if we need to reschedule or if we are still good to go. And I do mean for the full time we scheduled.  

If I was told we needed to cancel my 5pm 1 hr appt because I was going to be 20 minutes late and she had another "gentleman" scheduled for 6:30 I would feel no inclination to drop a" little something extra" to help with her expenses. Like you said...things beyond our control happen. If, however we did rebook I think I am pretty well known to have a generous nature.

Actually I have never been more than a couple minutes late for a little rendezvous. However find it a rare thing when the lady herself is on time. No big deal to me as long as I am kept informed.

These types of situations can be tricky. (no pun intended) Not to mention uncomfortable, stress inducing, even frustrating!  It totally sucks when the lady puts out the cost of a nice room, banking only on 1 solid booking and it falls through.  I am sure most ladies, like myself have had a situtaion when she paid for a room and due to a cancle or worse a NCNS ended up losing money that day.  It was not that big of a deal many years back, when It was fairly easy to make up the booking. But thts not the case as much in todays economy.  I usually only have 1 ,maybe 2 bookings in a day.  And it most always is a set back if the guy doesn't show up!   Even worse if it is an evening or late night appointment, because you have no chance of getting out of the reservation, and no time to try to get a make-up/fill in appointment.
