I don't think anybody with a brain is going to give an unknown guy on TER any recommendations about which guy has the most experience in OC or which providers to see.  Maybe this is the first difference between here and what you're used to- we read your post and immediately assume you could be LE.  And there's good reason for this.

One thing of which you must be aware is that you need to use much more discretion/caution in your activities in OC than you do in NY or even LA.  Things have been fairly quite recently, but OC has had some very heavy LE presence in the past, and there are both providers and hobbyists with lawyer bills to prove it.  

You just have to use your head and be more cautious than you might otherwise think is necessary.  Stick with reputable ladies, don't take unnecessary risks, make sure you know what you're getting into before taking the plunge.  Don't just assume everything is the way it sounds.  For example, I personally revealed a sting operation after nearly getting cuaght in it, so this isn't just heresey.   It was only my natural suspicion that saved my ass- things didn't look quite right and it turns out they weren't.  Just stick with the safe bet until you get a feel for the area and the local hobbying scene.   Everything you need to answer your question is on this site if you do some research.

As for your other problem (being a New Yorker) well, you're on your own for that one.  LOL.   I have a buddy whose about 20 years out of NY and he still rubs most people the wrong way in OC and SDC.  Most people keep waiting for him to shut up, and of course, he never does.  He just talks louder and louder and louder until people literally walk away.  He still doesn't get it.  Is that considered normal behavior in NY or is it just him?
