would you really want to know? I've had atf's and found out what happened to them later after they were gone. One of them got hooked up with a rich foreign guy. Another hooked up with some ex-sports player. Another got married to some successful business guy ( i had no idea until another provider told me. But at the time, I could see plenty of guys/clients were chasing her with gifts and notes on such on her desk). They say it's never good to try to date providers or think to a real life future with them. But there are 'alpha' clients or high powered clients (as opposed to the vast majority of us client losers) that can attract and marry these 9/10 or 10/10 providers in the end or help them retire early from their provider 'career'.
